Since all of our products are 100% Explained in our Quote´s Descriptions, and you have had agreed with it, any of our products can not be returns since they are special fabrication according to your order or quote and payment agreed.

Since we do not shipp any of our products, all damaged, inconformance with items or/and delay would be on your responsibility, so not Products or Services refunds are going to be allowed.

Not Refunds are allow since all characteristics of the products were given to clients before any purchases.

SAAS Industrial, LLC does not make any shipp on his own, we asked our Clients his best option on shipping or freight parcel company.

As for your indications we are using for your comfort and responsability the shipping or freight parcel company.

If any inconvenience and extra charge with Packing, Freight and Customs, will be on you.

If anything happens with the load once we delivered to shipping or freight parcel company, SAAS Industrial, LLC, won’t be responsable of it.

If Price may increase since shipping or freight parcel company, Valid the price for 3 days and we will get ready the items from 7 to 30 days after payment. If increase to us the cost, we should make an extra charge before Shipping.

SAAS Industrial, LLC is able to make a charge to you contracting the shipping or freight parcel company for you, but all responsability is on you.
